We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

Return conditions All returned items must be returned in all original packaging (including bag) and in "as new condition". All tags must not have been removed and must be intact. Please make sure to include your returns form within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. 

Unfortunately, we do not provide prepaid labels and ask customers to cover the cost of returning their item(s) to us. We suggest using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of postage until we receive your return. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and are signed for.

Please note we only offer full refunds on full priced item(s) or item(s) purchased with a discount code of 15% and less . Sale items can be exchanged or returned for an e-gift voucher. 

Orders placed which meet the free shipping threshold amount that are then returned and as a result, no longer meet the free shipping amount threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once your order is placed, it’s sent straight to our warehouse where our staff carefully pick, pack, and prepare your items. If it’s ordered before 23:00 (11 PM) CET, it will be shipped the very next day. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s journey from our door to yours.

How to Take Care of Your SOMANGOO Piece

Your clothes are more than just fabric—they’re part of your story. To help your Somangoo piece stay as bold and beautiful as the day you got it, follow these simple care tips:

Wash inside out at 30°C – Turning it inside out helps protect prints, textures, and color. Use a gentle cycle with cold water to keep it fresh and lasting.

Avoid bleach – Strong chemicals can break down the fabric.

Air dry only – Let it breathe. Skip the tumble dryer to help preserve its shape and softness.

Iron at medium heat (max. 150°C) – If needed, iron with care. Avoid direct heat on any prints or embroidery.

Taking a few mindful steps helps your piece stay with you—through late nights, early mornings, and everything in between.
